Returns
You
have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for
any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in
the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at support@soodshop.com or Via Live Chat to request a return authorization.
Pack the item securely, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with it.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
Please
note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the
item is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a
trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refunds
Once
we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the
status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a
refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business
days for the refund to be processed.
Exchanges
If
you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return
the original item as described above and place a new order for the item
you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If
you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately
at support@soodshop.com or Via Live Chat.. We will work with you to
resolve the issue promptly.
